Social Anxiety Remedy...

Life's about relationships...the resolved and unresolved.

Gina, 42 years old, tearfully expressed...
      'I have extreme social anxiety
I'm always concerned what other people think about me.
I act a certain way so people will accept me.'

I saw in Gina's handwriting and tree drawing that she was afraid to express her thoughts. She was concealing something.  Her perspective was too narrowly focused.  There is evidence of a highly troublesome experience that happened when she was 16 years old. It lingers unresolved in her subconscious.

At first, Gina couldn't think of anything in particular that happened when she was 16 years old.
We discussed more...

Her handwriting revealed that she was uncertain of her own value and that her character needed to understand in order to feel comfortable.

'I was quiet as a child...
My teachers coaches and friends would always say...
        You're SSSSoooo quiet what's wrong?'

Gina considered her self to be happy....
But her handwriting showed that her active mind was sad and tired...
In a constant fight against depression and headaches.

Gina became more reflective...

She met her first husband when she was 16.
She was head over heals in love...
She had a good time.

Her parent's were very negative toward her...
        'Nothing was ever good enough...
Everyone was telling me how quiet I am.
        I HATE that stigma!'

Gina has an inquisitive deep sensitive mind.
Why is Gina SSSsooo focused on being accepted by her family and friends?
What continues to torment her subconscious that happened 16 years ago?

Gotta take a look at the handwriting and trees of those important relationships in her life for insight.
Gina is having her parent's provide a handwriting sample and tree drawing.
She is gathering samples of her first husband's handwriting...
Her current husband's as well.

Will Gina find clarity to resolve her social anxiety?
Stay tuned...
