Victim of Namaste

Second Divorce was in a lot of pain.
Her migraine headaches wouldn't go away.
It was almost two years.
Why did her husband leave so suddenly?
Why the brutal sudden divorce?

The evidence was in her handwriting and in his.

His signing salutation was "Namaste". According to "Google".....Namaste means "bow me you" or "I bow to you." It's a deep form of respect. In its purest sense it is a deep understanding of truth from the heart of two souls.

He knew how to mess with her head.
His writing was a harsh purposeful writing that was artful in concealing the truth about his motives. He was adept in giving a false appearance.
Such a charmer.....a "wolf in sheep's clothing".

Her pliable letter formations wanted to avoid conflict. She did everything she could to please him. She felt responsible for the divorce. Her head throbbed....full of guilt.

He knew how to take advantage of her kind naive goodness.....
And her willingness to do the right thing.
To honor and respect her husband.

He had such a RAGE----
A controlled tenacious charming RAGE...
He knew how to get her to "bow" to him...
He was emotionally abusive to her....
He probably beat her as well.

Why did Second Divorce allow this?
What is it about her innate character that falls prey to such unscrupulous characters?
Her handwriting showed that she needed to STOP going along to get along!
Her opinion and feelings matter.

How I Accidentally Conquered Incontinence...

Creative interaction is a priceless treasure...

Over the weekend I attended a stimulating workshop.
Amidst the joy...
I sensed a silent discomfort that no longer pertained to me.
I couldn't say anything... I didn't want to disrupt the musing atmosphere.

Time to write about it!

Approaching 60....I no longer have the incontinence issue of my early 40's.

I remember trying to stay in shape by jumping rope and doing jumping jacks...
When a scary thing happened.,.
I felt some uncontrollable moisture drop between my legs.

I didn't tell anyone...
But I stopped doing jumping jacks.

Then in 2003....
My life changed.

Visiting Hawaii on our 25th Anniversary...
My pioneering husband noticed a sign on the side of the road...
Alternative Medicine.

His questioning mind had to explore...
What were these bio-identical hormones & targeted vitamins?

At the time I was experiencing some hot flashes from beginning Menopause.
Sssssoo I got a hormone blood test.
It was quite extensive with many names I had never been tested for before.
The results showed many deficiencies!

I began taking my bio-identical creams and targeted vitamins...

My hot flashes soon went away.
Then I noticed something...
I could do jumping jacks again!

Take care, B.

BTW....
While I was writing this post  I learned that my husband was awarded Cleveland Health Care Hero for  Advancement in Health Care.

Sssoooo You Think You're Compatible...

Get clarity with an Objective Blueprint.

The first thing I see in a couple's handwriting is their rhythm.

Is it enhancing....
Or
Counterproductive?

What's their common ground...
Is it impressionable and superficial?
Does a depth of mutual understanding exist to sustain the wrenches of life?

Can they grow together...
Are they destined to separate?

Does one person have a better sense of self that can benefit the other?
Are their core characters too different to reconcile?

I've been examining the handwriting of couples in relationships for over 20 years.
It's beautiful to see how the handwriting of two compatible people balance each other during their journey together.

Conversely,  discourse is predictable when the identifiable core characters are unable to understand the other.

Graphology is an invaluable tool for clarifying and assessing long term compatibility.

Get an objective blueprint of your self and the important relationships in your life.

It helped me sustain a happy marriage for over 35 years.  It can benefit you too!

Alzheimer's / Parkinson's Remedy...

Seated in the movie theater...
I feel the heart wrenching fear of Julianne Moore's portrayal of Alice slowing losing her mind.
Her acting is Oscar worthy...
I wish it wasn't an act for me.

The movie, Still Alice, reminded me of Beautiful Barbara...
A fashion stylist who had helped me with my Wedding gown.
Years later, when I visited her at one of my father's Nursing Homes... I was shocked at her altered physical state.  Neither of us recognized the other.

In the early 1960's, my physician father built Nursing Home's because he understood the burdensome effects of disease.
Did he have a premonition of his Parkinson's fate?!

Both Alzheimer's & Parkinson's are progressive neurological diseases.
They give warning to the genetically afflicted.
Alice tried to stage a suicidal cure...
My father camouflaged a weak heart for surgical acceptance.

In vulnerable support...
I agonized that my father wouldn't survive the surgery to alleviate his Parkinson's sorrow.
His spirit wouldn't accept the debilitating alternative.
I lost him too soon.

I lived in fear of getting Parkinson's...
I could feel my brain fog.

Was it karma or luck that brought me to marry a pioneering physician...
A sensitive inquisitive mind.

While trying to find effective remedies to treat migraines he met his counterpart with a PhD in Methylation Biochemistry.  Together, they've been able to benefit Parkinson's... Cognitive Decline... Heart Disease...Migraines...& more...

I'm saddened that this natural preventative treatment wasn't available for my father, Beautiful Barbara, & Alice.
But it's there for me, my loved ones and everyone in need...

Take care, B

What is Compatibility...

You'd think that having similar interests is the foundation for a sound relationship.
At the on set...
Sure...
Great!

But the truth is...

What's behind those similar interests?
This is Key...
Important.
It's the underneath that can make or break a relationship.
Why does one do what they do?
What's their driving spirit?

One of the things I've found most difficult to understand about my work as a graphologist is the concept  of duplicitous behavior and conformist handwriting.

What's duplicitous behavior?
Why don't people evolve?
Why do they get stuck?
Why do I have to keep looking up duplicitous, persona and narcissistic in the dictionary?

The passion to want to understand...
searching...
To uncover...
To resolve.

Not being afraid to address the pain...
The inner torment.

To understand the DEEP why...
The Universal Why.

Philip Seymour Hoffman...Secrets of Addiction

Life is about relationships… the resolved and unresolved.
I was saddened to learn of Philip Seymour Hoffman’s fatal overdose. What lingered in this gifted actor's subconscious that sprung such a massive yearning? Was there a secret that haunted his sensitive being? I was unable to find a sample of his handwriting to glean an answer that may help his children and others. My hope is that my Column will find someone who has his autograph... a note...a card...a letter.
Hoffman's affliction reminds me of a recent Oscar nominated movie, ‘August Osage County.’ This movie is a vivid depiction of what can happen to people caught in a web of unresolved early relationships and secrets.
Unresolved relationships hurt the individual. Avoidance and indifference only prolong the suffering. It’s those unresolved issues that torment our souls and affect those we love. They get buried in our subconscious, induce calamity and smother our innate beauty.
What about secrets?
Secrets can never be safely tucked away.
They infiltrate the atmosphere.
Everyone feels the secret’s camouflage.

Yes… We all feel those transgressions that get buried in our subconscious. The actions and attitudes we resort to in order to survive differ with the individual. In the movie, Meryl Streep engaged prescription drugs to ease her pain. Her husband, Sam Shephard resorted to alcoholism and then something else. Their children were stuck in a puzzling abyss that stifled their lives.

All because they shifted the focus from the truth!
Can’t shift the focus.
Gotta confront and reconcile the truth before it perpetuates more devastation.

I discuss all this in my book, 'Coffee with the Subconscious.' Most people don’t know how or where to look. Graphology provides an objective blueprint.

In the movie, after much physical and debilitating conflict…Julia Roberts found inner peace when the truth was revealed. This subconscious insight enabled her to reconcile her marriage and her child.
Relationships are easier when we feel good about ourselves.
In real life I found an easier way... People’s handwriting offers insight for subconscious resolve.

Social Anxiety Remedy...

Life's about relationships...the resolved and unresolved.

Gina, 42 years old, tearfully expressed...
      'I have extreme social anxiety
I'm always concerned what other people think about me.
I act a certain way so people will accept me.'

I saw in Gina's handwriting and tree drawing that she was afraid to express her thoughts. She was concealing something.  Her perspective was too narrowly focused.  There is evidence of a highly troublesome experience that happened when she was 16 years old. It lingers unresolved in her subconscious.

At first, Gina couldn't think of anything in particular that happened when she was 16 years old.
We discussed more...

Her handwriting revealed that she was uncertain of her own value and that her character needed to understand in order to feel comfortable.

'I was quiet as a child...
My teachers coaches and friends would always say...
        You're SSSSoooo quiet what's wrong?'

Gina considered her self to be happy....
But her handwriting showed that her active mind was sad and tired...
In a constant fight against depression and headaches.

Gina became more reflective...

She met her first husband when she was 16.
She was head over heals in love...
She had a good time.

Her parent's were very negative toward her...
        'Nothing was ever good enough...
Everyone was telling me how quiet I am.
        I HATE that stigma!'

Gina has an inquisitive deep sensitive mind.
Why is Gina SSSsooo focused on being accepted by her family and friends?
What continues to torment her subconscious that happened 16 years ago?

Gotta take a look at the handwriting and trees of those important relationships in her life for insight.
Gina is having her parent's provide a handwriting sample and tree drawing.
She is gathering samples of her first husband's handwriting...
Her current husband's as well.

Will Gina find clarity to resolve her social anxiety?
Stay tuned...
